Autozone Repair Guidel! Also FSM
 

Hey guys, there always seems to be a hush hush about the service manual/repair guide being passed around. Honestly have no clue why...but autozone does offer it online for free. It's quite useful, also I found the Factory Service Manual on this forum, I was going to reupload it in one chunk onto my website. If this is allowed to be shared. The previous thread from like 4 years ago wasn't locked and nothing said...

i sent out a USB stick with the full FSM, and a txt file "guest book" as a chain letter, for fun so people could see who had it before, etc. i have no idea where it is...AMSOIL-LANCER was the last person i know had it...it was supposed to be a fun thing for the community, and a chance for all the noobs to get their paws on it, and get their hands dirty {thumbup}

how big of a file is it? just email it over and maybe i'll start it up again with having a new USB float around.

Repair Guide for Evos hmmm sounds good to just have around. I would love to have a downloaded copy!

Well the one I have is for the Lancer 2.0 and Ralliart 2.4. No Evo, but Evoscan does have all the evolution service manuals here http://www.evoscan.com/manuals/

That USB stick was 8 bucks, lol! i can't be dropping coin like that every time someone decides to keep it...copy it onto your own USB and pass it along, how hard is that?

well now that we have the download link.... i would say lets start up the chain letter thing again and have a mod remove any mention of it in this thread. that way it'll be cool again lol

i just had my car in a few days ago and noticed some oil or tans fluid seeping between the engine/trans..grr...@least there's no ill efects yet(slipping, chatter, etc...)
but im doing the TOB hopefully w/ tax $ so hopefully i remember and ill toss them in w/ the TOB and new clutch...

does any1 know if that "pay-it-forward" resurfaced flywheel(buy it cheap from the previous owner, and sell it resurfaced cheap or for price of shipping to the next owner) is still floating around the forum..?
i read about it like 4 months ago(or more)...but it was a dead thread then i think...

O i got it DL'ed lol. Just figured this thread would get locked blocked, due to the link.

i have a USB stick with the FSM that Crans gave me when i visited him at Trenton. still looking to pass it on to a 2004-2006 Lancer RA owner but haven't found one as of yet.

i'm in Scarborough, ON so if anyone is willing to take it and pass it on, just give me a shout.

i think since AMSOIL LANCER made it hard for us to track down the trail, i think we should create a thread named "USB STICK LOG" or something like that where you post if you have it and tell us how it helped you with your RA {thumbup}

Did this USB start making it rounds? I've Had my '06 Ralliart for a couple weeks now and before I start with my mods I'd like to have this handy. Definitely put me on the list!

Could we have a Google drive link with them on it perhaps? I have the PDFs that used to be able to find but locked up now... On a website.

i still have the other one as i haven't found someone to pass it on to yet..i want to make sure that the next person that gets it will take care of it and actually put it to good use and continue the chain..the last guy i met with just wanted the actual USB drive itself and not the FSM that is contained in it..if ANYONE here in Toronto would like to have a copy of the FSM, please message me, and i'll be more than happy to pass it on to you..
