Fender Rust Repair
 

Any lancer that Ive seen from year 02-06 most likey has this rust spot. Depend on where you live it could end up looking the my fender.
Ive done some prepping and was hoping to get some opinions on how some of you might go about this repair. The rust seems to have made its may past where the two sheets of metal meet.
