I'm in love
I love my RalliArt. I bought it 8 days ago. But I'm even more in love now because my first fill up was yesterday. I got 26 miles to the gallon and it only cost me $18 to fill up. A big difference from my 2002 Dodge dakota that took $37, and it is faster. Now I just need the aftermarket to start moving and I will be all set.

Congrats Mello.
I am sure that MIVEC is very Sessssssy!!!!!! Enjoy your ride...hopefully the aftermarket parts will start coming out. Check out Roadracemotorsports.com I know a dealer in Cali gave them a RA to work on, so development has begun. Enjoy! |
26mpg, eh?? oooohhh :) me likey.
Post pics of your car when you can. I'm trying to find pics of Ralliarts in the rain and snow, but haven't found any yet :) |
a few months too late for that I hope. Even though I am up in the North East, the snow has stopped (Thank God). You may have to wait until later this year for those pictures.

It only shows snow on the car and a bit around it though... |

Then that makes at least two of us! {pick} I bought mine last friday and I can't concentrate on anything... I'd much rather jump in the car and drive all day!!! I already ordered good tires (PZero Neros) to replace the crappy set they gave me and also bought a calipers paint kit yesterday... I might be able to work on the car this weekend. :p Did any of you RA owners buy the door sills Mitsubishi sells for the RA? I ordered those too and can't wait to see how it looks on the car... I know it might seem a bit ricy, but I just couldn't resist the temptation... {devil} I wonder how this car will look a year from now at the pace I'm buying stuff for it... {noface} |

I'll post pictures when I get my stuff installed on it soon enough...when my dealers receives it all! and my fill ups have been pretty good too! |

Is it just me or is it weird that the dealers don't keep at least one of those items in stock?!? I've been waiting for my door sills for a week already!!! And my tires shouldn't arrive until the middle of next week at the earliest... these guys aren't very fast on the service side of things. My loan was accepted very fast though... and papers where ready to be signed the same day! You can take a look at my terribly stock RA at the bottom of the Show and Shine's Pheonix Red thread. By all means, post pics of yours!!! |
Bastards, everybody getting red ones now! :)

I know... but it was so tempting! :D :D :D |
LOVE my white one! :) It's been tons o fun....

yeah I'll post pictures when my tiny mods are on.... otherwise its a straight red RA with tinted windows.... changes the look alot though.
MY dealer had a yellow RA with the sun and sound package in stock...but I didnt want to shell out the extra 2 grand for the package so he managed to get me this red beauty from another dealer. There are actually only 3 other RAs for sale in Quebec as we speak. their number was very limited in canada and they're pretty much sold out! 2005 RA coming in the next few months though! pictures soon |
Alex!!!!!!!!!! This is unreal!!!!! Did it come from Peterborough Mitsubishi??? I test drove YOURS before I bought mine!!! I know it's probably yours, as my sales guy was mentioning having to deliver a Ralliart yesterday to Quebec!!!!
|
nope man cuz I've had it for 2 weeks now and it came from Blainville, Quebec =)
nice try though! hehe it had 250km when I bought it.... now up to 1050 in 2 weeks. hoping to go ride some this weekend to get the counter up to 2K soon. how are you guys treating your RAs RPM wise? the manual says to take it easy the first 500km.....where as the dealer used the classic "go easy for first 5K". I usually shift around 4000rpms but I've been pushing it to 6K a few times now.... what are your thoughts on this? |
