RRM downpipe install

This took me a long time to do. I would recomend using air tools I did it all by hand and it sucked.

Tools
17mm deep socket
19mm deep socket
big socket driver
jack
jack stands
cresent wrench
wire cutter
2 1/2 inch wide bolts about 4 inches long with nuts
electrical tape
wire splicers

once you have the car in the air and on jack stands
remove the plastice pop screws on the bottom under the header
Take off the 3 17mm bolts connecting to the header.
Take of the 2 19mm bolts after cat, These bolts were froze on so thight I had my neigbor use his foot to turn the socket and it made the pipe move a lot.
Then cut the wire to the O2 sensor half way up, leave enough room on both ends to splice it and reconnect it latter.
then pull the hanger off, this is easiest if you pull the pipe down and then work the plastic mounts over the end on the hangers.
Use the cressent wrench to remove the O2 sensor and put it in the new downpipe.
Then put the new pipe on the hangers and then bolt both ends back on
Use the two bolts to replace the ones stuck in the old cat
Re wire the 02 sensor there are 4 wires a white one a blue one and two balck ones.
Take the car down and enjoy.

hey i got a 2.5 inch after cat exhaust. Can this mod bolt right on, even tho its only 2.25 inch downpipe, or do i need to cut and weld stuff together? Also, i know the rrm turbo comes with a turbo downpipe. should i just hold off and save for the turbo downpipe and kit, or spend the 300 dollars on this pipe and replace it 6 months from now when i get the kita? is the hp worth the money? this is pretty much the only bolt-on my ralliart is lacking, im wondering if i should throw the 300 dollars down, or get some window tint or toyo proxes.... what do u guys think? thanks
