that's your slave cylinder...what do you mean it moves a lot? also the metal thing that goes inside the bell housing, that's the clutch fork, the throwout bearing is on the other end of that.
the slave, you should be able to push the clutch fork towards it, and it should be fairly difficult and then it should return to center on it's own. you should not be able to move it the other way by hand, and it shouldn't have any free play (wiggle) if it does, your throwout bearing probably fell apart.

normally, the face of the bearing that presses against the pressure plate springs to release the clutch, will spin with the flywheel (pressure plate is bolted to the flywheel), allowing the clutch disc to spin freely in between the flywheel and pressure plate, allowing transmission speed and engine speed to be independent. the squealing you hear is likely the broken bearing pressing against the springs, and being unable to spin, is just metal rubbing on metal...if it doesn't completely fall apart and explode, it will eventually rub through the springs, then get jammed and explode...
here's what the fork and release bearing look like inside the bell housing:

i haven't been on EvoM for quite some time now as i've been so damn busy with work and school. i decided to open up 20 tabs of EvoM material and i came across this. i always just shake my head at myself when i hear 'throwout bearing' bc mine has been rattling for so long.

i still need to schedule a date and time with you. it's been a while brother. work just consumes my time and energy. i will definitely call you up when it gets warmer though!
@deathsythe99:

this summer i'm dead set on getting my RA in tip-top shape. i already started taking care of a bunch of things that i can do myself. it's just so hard to get anything done since my 93 Jeep Cherokee is stuck in the garage right now. i have no space to work with.
TRAMP will be revived this Summer 2015. that's for sure!
thanks again man! you're always a great encouragement!
