Hi 1slowsti,

RalliartN & I are not suggesting that you or anyone else buy an Evo.
I will also be changing to Brembo front brakes on my Ralliart.
When I do I'll post.

No they arent suggesting that. People say that to us all the time... It gets really old. We just ignore them and keep on the builds.

Ok. Well that's good that you guys are doing the brembo. I'm also wanting to do the brakes bc I want to run the evo 8 rims on my car. And I think it will look alot better with the brakes on.not trying to thread jack. But everyone keep up the good work. I know it says newbie. But I was never one for the forums. I'm not stupid with cars but also still learning. So I appriciate any help. And I keep an open mind.

Yeah I did the forums a long time ago with honda tech. Got a few haters. And a really bad hater about my build so since then just never really did anything with the forums. now I have a car that no one here really modified. I mean to where I live. So I had to go on the forums for answers

QUICK UPDATE....
sadly I lost my job.... This might take longer than I expected to piece together. Also I sold my other ralliart and got a older bmw to drive/drift as a daily as the wagon goes under the knife.

Hi R/Asportback,

It just means it was time for you to move on and that you have better opportunities coming your way. Enjoy your vacation! I know from experience!

Evo 5 hubs are not a straight swap to our Ralliart. On the Evo 5 knuckle, the hole for the ball joint is too small, the part for the shock is narrower than the Ralliart too.

now the question is: do evo 5 front strut assemblies, and ball joints/control arms fit?

I must know how you came upon this discovery

The Evo5 would have been the same chassis as the mirage. I would think only an Evo7, 8, or 9 hub would work.

but they changed things up a bit with the CT9A chassis...many parts were no longer interchangeable with the mirage/lancer chassis...but then again, has anyone tried?
