Wheels with Different Offset and different width ?
Hi everyone,
I have a set of wheels for my ralliart 13' with different width and different offset. I bought them and they looked really nice but I took em' out after the all wheel drive pump was busted in winter.
I doubt it happened because of the wheels but i am not sure about it.
Front wheel size- 18x8 ET 8
Rear Wheel size 18x9.5 ET 9.5
I am seeking advice if it is okay to use wheels with different offset and width, mounted tires size 245/40R18.
Any advice would be a help, other wise I'm making up my mind to trade them for equal offset wheels 18x8.5 ET 25
Thankx

Hey @Guri Generally speaking, on a 2WD vehicle i dont see a real issue w/the different offsets & wheel widths
On an AWD vehicle we can only have dis-similar offsets which is OK, but we do not run diff width wheels. Running different circumference tires is also a big no, due to the drivetrain gearing
