It can and has been done. As far as looks that is all personal opinion.

I have seen 19's on a few cars but I do not have any of the info. I think that one of the people who run 19's was from Puerto Rico and he went down to a 30 series tire. You may be able to squeeze a 215/35 r 19 but I doubt it. It would have to be the perfect offset for your car and you would not be able to lower it. And if I am not mistaken all of Accolades body kits have there pics taken with 19's. The 19's would look cool, IMPO, but you are going to run into issues with finding tires in the size you want and you will have to pay quite a bit more than what you pay for 18's.

Good Luck

somebody up in canada did it on his sportback. Its about the stupidest thing you can do to our cars. These cars arent mercedes or cadillacs so please dont think of buying them for an RA.

Yea I would defenetly NOT go with 30 series... I have 35 now with my 18's it's scary sometimes going thru the bumps... plus the extra weight... I guess am stuck with my 18's... :(

insomniac_evo Dec 18, 2005 04:55 PM

it'll fit, 19x7.5 offset +43 just like on this car

he was awarded "The King" on a show

vonzipper Dec 18, 2005 05:29 PM

i kinda like the way that car looks

BLKRalliArt04 Dec 18, 2005 05:41 PM

For a show car yeah 19"s would look sweet, but if you only had 19"s they look stupid.

+2.
It's super rough with 35's. I can't imagine thinner tires...

his car isn't USDM. you can tell from the small engine inside... im positive that the word is around that the 1.8L lancer ralliart is smaller then the 2.4L, speaking of the body.

one of hte nicest looking ralliarts i've seen...apart from the neons

insomniac_evo Dec 22, 2005 10:35 AM

1.8 lancers have the same chassis and body with 2.0 and 2.4 lancers
he custom made the body parts, fiberglass and carbons, its freaking cheap in indonesia, labour wise
the bodykit is veilside style

devo720 Dec 22, 2005 10:50 AM

damn that IS a pretty nice ralliart, but with all that money he spent he could've
bought an evoRS. and it would totally beat it in performance and SHOW with all stock.

i myself aren't very big, on BIG wheels unless i'm driving a rangeRover, or Bentley
but heres an evo with 19s and it looks pretty damn nice.

sorry it's not a ralliart but thought i'd share the clean pic.

now trade in your lancers and join the evo wagon.
