E-brake won't hold right away
 

I have a 2005 Ralliart 5 speed that has some parking brake issues. When I park, the car rolls forward an inch or 2 before the parking brake holds. Also i have to pull the handle up to far. I have replaced the cables and the pads. I thought it has an auto adjuster that tightens the cables but i could be wrong. Any thoughts?

There are two adjustments to be made...one is the shoe adjustment which requires removal of the rear rotors, and then there is a turnbuckle of sorts right at the bottom of the ebrake lever where you can adjust cable tension...

I had this on my Evo 6 last week, adjusting the hadbrahan lever worked for me. But as said above failing that try the shoe adjustment behind the rear rotors!
