I visited Mitsubishi Dealership Yesterday

I have never test drove or sat in a new Lancer, and so im on Vacation in Florida and we had to stop at an emergency clinic and i saw a Mitsubishi dealership down the road(about a mile) and walked there.

Anyway i talked to one of their sales guy and he seemed to know what he was talking about.

He told me that the new Ralliarts would be in around October or November. I tried to get pricing info but he either did not have any or was not allowed to release it.

He told me the pricing should be very close to a WRX(Which we all know) and he told me that a fully loaded Ralliart would cost around 27k.

I think he got confused on the manual vs twin clutch. He tried to tell me that a 6 speed was going to be released and i told him it that a twin clutch was coming with the Ralliarts first and that a manua was suppose to be out later. Who knows maybe both are coming?

Anyway the new Lancers were more comfortable than i thought they would be and the sound system is pretty nice. If i do buy a Ralliart, i am trying to decide, a Euro Delivery 128I which i could probably get for 28k, or a loaded Ralliart. I like the New Lancers a lot and so that is probably where i am heading.

Its too bad too, they had an EVO X on the lot for 29k, they said a light post hit it or something.

I haven't seen anything anywhere that says there will be a manual version later on.

Nope it was just a minor ear infection, nothing serious

Probably doesn't apply directly to the US, but Mitsubishi Canada apparently told my dealer that they could place a tentative order for a Ralliart this coming week -- definitely doesn't sound very good for people expecting to get one by August, but September may still be in the cards (technically that's still Summer, I guess). I'm not going to hold my breath, but if the dealer's right, then at least they'll have a real order in for me about a week and a half from now. After that, who knows how long until I get my car, but at least that would be one hurdle cleared...

Not sure if it were a light post or a simple light, something involving a light hit the car, i looked at the car and did not see any visual damage except for a while circle on the hood of the engine.

Anyway they had it for 29k for anybody looking for an EVO X in the Sarasota,Florida area.
