Brakes From AMS

Yep, that is what it looks like. I was looking on the website today and found that they had put another category in the lancer ralliart blog. I also noticed that included on their website that in the how to install guide it included the brakes on the ralliart. I really dont know what they have coming down the pipeline but I am truly excited.

Nice find! I noticed the addition of the brakes category to the store, but I think those installation instructions confirms we have something to look forward to soon

Strange there was no pics of the product in the instructions. Definately going to be a nice item for our cars.

No news as of yet, I found the how to install part on their website about a week ago. I then went and looked at the pic that was uploaded on the installation guide, and looked at what they had for sale with the EVO X brakes section in the product forum. I thought I had it figured out but I wasnt sure so I didnt post what the possible upgrade was.

as per WORKS

"We are still working on a brake package. For now we are just using upgraded pads in the front. The front brakes are the same as the second generation eclipse GST and GSX so pads are available. The rear brakes are Ralliart specific and as we have found with the EVO X. There are no manufactures out there that are willing to make many different compounds of pads for just one model of one make. Most car manufactures use brakes from other models to reduce costs, although Mitsubishi seems to be doing it differently lately. We are looking at a few different possibilities for caliper replacement for the front and rear and getting rid of the solid disc on the rears for a larger vented one. We are also looking at Mitsubishi's design of the front rotors in order to make a suitable replacement."

if you right click and download the instructions from AMS you will then be able to open it and see what the kit consists of.
