Recaro Quality

A lot of people have asked about the comfort level of Recaros. But I haven't seen anything posted about the quality of the Recaro seats. I've never had any Recaros myself so I know nothing about them, really. As long as they're taken care of properly, will these seats last?

It may be too early to tell. I am very cautious with my seats (don't allow eating in my car, cover the seats with towel when I'm dirty, etc.), but I think mileage may vary.

I like the evo 8/9 recaros better. They fit me better. The X recaros are too tight my ***** don't like that. They do seem to be a little stiffer then the older seats. The older ones broke on the sides. I believe they improved them. Search the EVO X forum they have had the seats for a few years now...

My seats in the X have the staples coming out at the top. The material is not my favorite choice either.

I find them super comfortable and I'm not a small guy, however the fabric quality is garbage. I've owned mine for about a month and a half and the fabric is pilling on the bolsters (again, probably because I'm not a small guy)
