Debadging?

Would any of you guys ever debadged the mitsu logo and(or) the lancer logo? Just want your opinions.

i removed all the badging.

Yeah it's easy...might have some sticky residue left. GooGone

I had to use that, then wash/wax the area.

I took everything off except for the diamonds. I do it to all my cars. It really cleans it up. I just hit it with a hair dryer for about 30 seconds, hit it with the floss, and then the black stuff left over rubbed off like a booger.

i had it off, and it looked like crap, take it from me. there's a dimple/excess plastic on the top diamond section and it looks rediculous, even if you trim it as best as you can with a razorblade. instead, go with a vinyl overlay on the front of the diamonds in a lightly textured matte black. it gives the effect of blacking it out, but theres a subtle flash every now and then from certain angles that makes people look twice. will post pics in a bit

You could just plasti-dip the front diamonds...A couple of us have plasti-dipped everything else so far.

Good deal! I was presure washing my car a few weeks ago after the wedding (specifically trying to get that awful window paint off my car...it's not easy to get off) and ended up peeling the plasti-dip on my trim. I just folded it back down flat and it re-adhered nicely when it dried!
