Tuning is $349 in house. Dynotime is $125 on the AWD Mustang Dyno.

Ken also opted for the TTP boost hose modification which allows him a little more boost and better boost holding ability. $26

How bout tuning out of house? The website says $400 for email and then $200 for the adapter? Am I reading that right? I've had my RA since April and have been reading the site since, but have never found a good thread to explain the whole "tuning" process. So a newbie I am. Could you explain that to me or post a thread that could help? It would be much appreciated.

I'd be interested in seeing some of the basics as well.

The one burning question I have is that if I buy a cable and do an email flash, can I flash back to stock and still have warranty coverage? Or does it permanently change something in the ECU that the dealership can detect?

you can always revert back to stock as long as you make the copy of the Orignal Settings

The cable you will own. It is a tactrix 2.0 cable which will work on Ralliart 2009 and Evo X. It is available from our site here:

http://ttp-engineering.com/catalog/i...hp?cPath=89_91

Our reflash is also located there. Both can be purchased online. In the notes section, you reference your mods list and fuel octane used.

Then read your own map with program available at www.openecu.org

Then once read, save and email the map to sales@ttp-engineering.com for review and modification. We update it and email it back where the user loads it back to their ecu using the same free program they read their stock mapping and now they have both stock and modified maps stored on their own computer to be able to switch back and forth at their leisure.

If you have any friends, a cable user can rent their cable to others or help them load our reflashes to their own 2008-2009 Evo X and Ralliart.

Yes once you reflash your ECU the dealer can tell it has been done *if* they have the correct equipment to do so, so I would just assume they do as they will of course not tell you whether they actually do or not. =)

Nice. Thanks TTP. Sounds like the best deal for sure out of all the other companies that offer a flash. One more question...
Right now my RA is stock. I want to get the flash first because it appears to be the best bang for your buck. If I add mods later, will the same process be used to reflash? Example: I have purchased the base stock reflash. Then I decide I want to add a CAI, test pipe, stock X turbo or anything like that. Would I be able to get a map for that at a discounted rate or would it be the full price again? Thanks for all the info!

Yes, we offer a loyalty system which provides for discounted tuning as you continue to modify. The tuning becomes cheaper and cheaper before it bottoms out at a low flat rate.

PM us for more info.

Also, the dealer cannot tell if an ECU has been reflashed, and then reflashed back to stock again.
