1,636 Miles

Hey everyone.

Just wanted to share with you a recent road trip that I took through the northeast.

I started off from brooklyn, headed upstate, dropped by lake placid, then up to montreal, quebec city, millinocket in maine, acadia, then back. Lots of great roads once I got away from the city, little traffic, good driving, good times. One thing that did surprise me was the amount of lancers in montreal. They seemed nearly as common as honda civics.

The last leg of the trip was 550 miles, I averaged 26.3 mpg. At one point for about 50 miles, I was hitting nearly 28mpg. Not too bad. The car performed like a champ, including about 20 miles going over 50mph on gravel roads (I'm glad I didn't lower the car lol).

Just remember to stash away your radar detector in canada. And there are a lot of troopers running laser on the ny thru way so be careful unless you're running countermeasures.

Looks and sounds like you had a great trip. Nice to hear the car performed well for the long trip.
