need some help with boost gauge install

I put mine through the groumet behind the intake seems to be the shortest and easyest way to do it.

Found this thread so I'll ask here..

Can somebody point me the location of the manifold vacuum hose on our ralliarts? I think I have connected it right but I get a negative boost rating of like -15 when I turn the engine on, so I have disconnected it for now and replaced with the original tube.

I think it's normal, when you are not under boost, you should read negative pressure. This is the vaccum from the cylinder going down.

Hmm ok.
This is my first gauge install so that's why I'm asking. Better safe then sorry.
When I see other peoples gauges in pictures or videos, they all seem to be at the 0 point?
Can it be the length of my tube? I have extended it cause it wouldn't reach from the enginebay to where it's at without an extension.
