AFR issue during idle

AFR issue during idle
So I've been slowly working on my fuel maps, having fun logging, etc.
Today I notice something weird when I'm at the stop light. My idle sits perfectly still at ~750, but the AFR is jumping all over the place from 11-15, way too much activity going on here. Then I drive ~1/8 mile to my work (from that stop light) and park, at which point it's jumping from 14-17 back and forth. I know I haven't provided much info, but any ideas? Really odd that the idle itself doesn't move due to this???
Physical Mods that might have an impact:
3" HFC
IX BPV
Catch Can
Upgraded Boost Pill
I have been doing some light tweaking to the boost area of ecu as well, none thing major so far, but I might need to reset these now...
