Hi there,
I'm planning on changing most of the bulbs on the car to leds, and has anybody been able to change the front side marker bulbs?
Also i need the bulb size for the Cargo room light, Front and rear doom light.
The damn manual doesn't states anything, it just leave a (dash) in that column.

in order to change the side markers you need to buy the marker as a whole. its a one piece unit that you pop out of the body, know one to my knowledge has even attempted to change just the bulb itself. the inside domes are- 3022, 8w

Yea i was reading on one of the thread stating that it is impossible to change the side marker bulbs. haha i just wanted to see if anybody did it since its been a while. But i guess not.

I just wanted to change them to white leds. I hate the orange bulbs, it seems so out of place in my opinion.

 

ok so apparently ebay may have some.... i cant tell you for sure because my work blocks ebays site. but from a search engine it looks as if people have done it and are selling. there is a youtube video about it as well for white leds, again cant see the video. if ya find out how or whos selling let me know

I remember reading on the othe forum someone dremeled thr side marker opene and changed th bulb but honestly it's not worth all that work- I'm sure their would be eBay ones

essentially, unless you get load regulators for the brake lights you will have issues with the awd (asc) system. the brake lights are part of the system and when the load is incorrect the car will turn the system off. i have leds in all my lights except for the brake lights.


Not sure if it is the same on the RA's or not but just a word of caution when coverting to LED's.

 

thats a very good question. here is the answer. when you place an item you want to sell on ebay for lets say $1000 . you pay ebay a percentage of your sale. now lets say i sold something on ebay for $.99 and had a shipping charge of $1000, then ebay only takes a percentage of $.99. ebay never takes a charge off of shipping. just a way of getting what you paid for. people do it all the time. but thats why. hope i answered it
