MAP Tuned ~340 hp / 340 tq Ralliart!!!!

First off I will start by mentioning the awesome customer service that Nick and Jordan at MAP provided during my visit! They had all the answers for all my questions and worked with me every step of the way to make my car as solid as possible!

They installed my DW 800cc Injectors, FP Wastegate, and Grimmspeed EBC for me before the tuning started (since these products require a tune to run)

Mods -

Evo X Turbo / Manifold / LICP / BOV (crushed)
UR Downpipe / UICP
Grimmspeed EBC
FP Wastegate (18 psi)
COBB Intake
ETS 3' Intercooler
Walbro 255
DW 800cc Injectors
3' Custom Catback
E85!

After everything was installed and running, Jordan worked my car and seduced it in such a way that the SST transmission could handle the torque and not slip. He did this by easing on the boost on so the tq didnt spike.

The car could of made more power but we limited it for obvious reasons.

The car is soooo much more fun now! With it running on E85 it spools soo fast and in the mid range it gained over 75 hp and 50 ft-tq !

Next Step, manual swap? and bigger turbo?

Dyno Sheets please! Or at the very least a virtual dyno plot of 3rd gear on mustang setting. I don't want to have to start locking threads that don't include dyno plots.. but I will

Very nice. Be careful though, I called up fp yesterday because I was looking to do a similar setup and they shined some light on it. You're running a wastegate actuator and most likely high boost which is gonna force the turbo to give its all. They told me the turbos life expectancy is going to be greatly shortened (10000 miles from the 100000 miles normal expectancy). Again this was the warning they gave me, just letting you know just in case you come into any issues. Is this your dd?

Edit: they stated this situation for a stock turbo, an upgraded one should have a higher life expectancy on similar mods or higher psi.

@ Mad_SB, Im waiting for them to email me the graphs sorry ill get them up ASAP!

@ Krisko, Im running 26 psi ( my number are with a heat soaked engine and E70ish cause it didnt act like summer blend) And yea the turbo dies out real quick because it cant keep up. It is my DD and i do expect to replace the turbo in the future.

I replaced the WG and stock boost controler because they dont like to hold more than 16 pounds without having huge fluctuations in the boost. So the WG and EBC upgrade fixed that

No problem at all, just wasn't sure you were aware. Most people run high psi on a DD without thinking about the turbos life expectancy. Anyways nice gains! What wheels you running on?

You RA guys really need to start posting the actual dyno charts with your new threads about how you make all this cool new power.

btw, welcome to the E85 Army...

Haha theres your dyno graph for you (added in first post!) :]

exact numbers would be 338.94 hp / 339.54 tq @ 26.58 psi

@ Krisko - Evo X GSR wheels with 245 / 35 / 18 Falcons
