11000 miles and have had to bring the car in for two warranty claims before 6000miles. Glad to get out of this ticking time bomb and into a new trd package tundra.

Got 21 on the trade so I think that's good since I got it 25 new. I've met a lot of awesome car enthusiast and a few ahole cops. It was fun while it lasted. Thanks for all the info

 

I don't think I've had a car in the last 20 years that didn't have a warranty repair within the first six months to a year (and thats four new ones). Usually smog controls related - sensors and such. Sometimes its just a matter of getting a few manufacturing bugs out and then your good to go. And of course Toyotas NEVER have issues.

 

And none of your mods had anything to do with your issues ?

You cant modify the car and expect it to have 0 issues...

 

One was a transmission leak due to a faulty seals and then the other was oil leaking into the cams both were covered but both were major repairs

 

Did you trade it in with the mods, or will you be selling them in the For Sale section?

 

traded it all in, the GM of the place gave me some extra stuff done to the truck bc of the work already done. he bought it for his son while i was doing paperwork on the truck haha

I had the same issue about transmission leaking... 0 mods, but took it back and it took 1 hour to fix, how come yours was major?

Tranny leak and they just had to change the seal
