Help with battery relocation
Ok so I had the evo x turbo swap done and I ordered the AMS intake for the x just to make sure it would fit. Well everything fits but I'm unhappy with how the mini battery looks. I want to relocate the battery to the trunk but I honestly don't know how to do it. So my question is
1) what is needed?
2) how/where do I mount the red connector thing in the engine bay?
3) can anyone post a DIY up so this question isn't asked again? Lol

That's kinda expensive for not getting much.
So I've been researching about this and what I don't understand is why we need to vent the battery when the evo has theirs in the trunk too? Also this doesn't help with how I should mount the red distributer in the engine bay? Oh and one more thing is it will I need a battery box for a small battery and do I need a cut off switch?

I simply used a relocation kit from summit. Install was easy, run the wire through the car under the door sills. Put in a circuit breaker. and drill a hole to run the negative battery cable pout and bolt to the chassis. To connect under the hood just take off the connector, solder up the wires, and heatshrink tube it.
