can some one tell me how to launch my 2015 ralliart

I have a 2015 lancer ralliart, and I am trying to get a good launch can any one help I don't want launch control. So what do I need my rpms to be b4 I launch..... my ralliart. Is at stage 1 and the fastest I've gotten it was 4.9 sec .

I think there is a thread about this topic somewhere on the board? I thought it was in one of the sticky threads, not sure which one.

Okay, found it, it's like second post down. It's a little dated, but our RA hasn't really changed at all in terms of performance from day 1(We don't have launch control like the Evo does). Have fun, be careful where you do this at(prefer on an empty road).

So did you get it figured out? You can usually feather the gas a little to get the rpm's up then go WOT and it will launch nice but do this only on Sport. I have done this with mine a few times and my kids love it lol! Wont be abusing it much anymore though since its my daily driver I need to make the transmission last until I can find another one to build all out. What have you done to it so far?
