Does anyone know what the difference is between part numbers 1555A475 and 1555A476? They are exhaust manifolds for the 4B11T. I have an 09 Lancer Ralliart and some sites say I need the A475 and some say I need the A476. I cant for the life of me figure the difference, besides that on most sites it says the A476 number is discontinued, but it doesn't say if thats been superseded by the A475 or a different number. My head is going to explode.

A475 is the one for the stock RA turbo. A476 is for the X turbo. They're both 4b11t engines which is why it says the manifold will work but it depends on what turbo you have.

Does anyone know whats right after the exhaust manifold? Is there a gasket there or what? I can't find a diagram that shows anything.

There is also a metal ring between the manifold and the turbo. We have it - EVO X does not.


Buy new OEM nuts, washers, and bolts for install. If you don't - the turbo heat-cycling will loosen them (and leak badly).
