Drilling into front bumper, might've hit something, do you know what this is?
Okay, I was drilling into my front bumper for the license plate mount, and what seems to be like papery curds started to come out, is this okay...? I'm super worried right now

Pic might help better to determine what it is, if youre able to get one. |
Okay, I overreacted a little bit, I believe it is just styrofoam
|
There's styrofoam behind the bumper.
When in doubt, taste it. It should taste bland with a spongy yet firm texture. |
Yes your bumper has an absorber behind it and yes it is foam no worries.

Okay, thanks guys, my heart skipped a few beats seeing the stuff coming out, because i wasn't completely sure what it was:)

I wouldn't recommend trying to identify unknown substances by putting them in your mouth. +1 rep |
Can just imagine what people would think seeing you tasting parts of your car:lol:

Hey, we taste things all the time in the shop to see what's leaking...
