headlights won't turn off

I bought an hid kit from trs (morimoto xb35)
I can't turn them off while the car is running.
When the car is off I can switch them on and off.
It's a 2009 ralliart oem halogen.
Any ideas why they don't turn off?

I removed the drl relay and I still have the same problem.
What can I do for them to shut off with the switch?
