Just ordered my new wheels and tires:)

Just ordered my new wheels, Decided to go with Tenzo-R (DC6 Ver2)wheels in black with machined lip in 18X8/+45 offset, but what size tire should i go with a 225/45/18 or 225/35/18? What do you think

depends on what you are using the car for Drag racing, Rally Cross, off Road, etc.

If you are going to do any of these you should go with 235/40/18.

Thats my opinion but everyones different.

nice rims! Post pics when you got 'em mounted.

I personally think 35 series is almost too little rubber.

went to the nearest profesional wheel and tire shop where i ordered them, they said with the size rims and offset, the biggest without a chance of rubbing would be the 225/45/18 from the shop and the wheel company so im not sure, might see if i can go a little bigger

235/40/18

35 series is indeed such a thin amount of rubber. If your in an area with lots of potholes its gonna be dangerous.

I think 245s are too wide without getting the fenders rolled. I'll go with 235/40/18 Nice aggressive stance with wider tires

I am running 235/40/18 on 18x8 45mm offset. No rubbing. Steering lock to lock no rubbing.
