I test fit an Enkei RC5 18x9 42 offset today. It barely clears the rear trailing arm and clears everything up front with ease. From what I can measure quickly, it has just a bit less front spacing than a stock Evo X wheel. If you stretched a 235 over the 9" with that offset, you would have to probably do a small amount of fender rolling for clearance.
In my opinion, 18x9 42 offset is absolutely PERFECT for the car! I think I'm gonna pick up these wheels and put some stock Evo X tires on them.

Hello all I recently just bought some new rims as some may know...
I'm currently running Enkei EDR09 18x7.5 +45 wrapped in 225/40 with the RRM springs
I'm currently looking to replace the new ones I just barely bought!
Want to replace with TENZO's DC-6 18x8 wrapped in 225/40 ...was wondering will it all fit with the rrm springs ? basicly im just changing the width by .5 i know i cant run 235 without running fenders...

Before I get a new set of wheels for my RA, I plan on getting the RRM lowering springs (i.e., 1.5"F and 1.25"R drop). Based upon that, the only wheel that I have really liked on the RA is the Rota P45F. Here is a link for the wheels:
http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=30
The offsets available for the Rota P45F in the 5 x 114.3 lug pattern are +35, +38, +45, and +48. What would be the best choice that would prevent me from having to roll the fenders, all things considered, if at all possible? Also, under what circumstances will spacers be necessary?
Thanks in advance!

i'm planning to get a set of these Rota SVN's (Volk RE30 replicas) in a 18x9 +30 offset w/ a 235/40 tire and some BC coilovers dropped to prolly same drop height as the RRM springs later.
my questions are:
w/ stock height will they poke out hella?
how much rolling will i need to do if lowered?
or should i just settle w/ a little bit higher offset instead?

if you were going to get those rims in that spec, you'll need coilovers and a bit of work. if you can, go the +36 offset and you'll just need to roll the rears

^a +36 offset sounds a bit like bankaiup's exact setup. lol
but hmm i'm not too sure if they make that offset in these.
i'm gonna need to ask the people at wheeldude or something.
but thanks for some help though bro.
