Well said, sure, but I was just asking if anyone had experience doing it. Whenever I've plus sized in the past, I usually didn't see the full benefits of the wider traction patch. It looks as though that's not an issue with these rims.
My plans right now are to upgrade my rims to lighter/wider ones and reserve my stock rims for winter/offroad duties. I still want to be running 225s on them though.

ok wider is better for traction... give it a little bit more rubber for the ground will make it more stable around corners.... i am going to run 9s soon... on 245
wider is better... lol

Just a quick question to those that changed rims.
Did you have to 'sync' the new aftermarket TPMS sensors to the car?
I have 'service required' sign. (first it was 'low pressure tires', cuz I actually had 2 flat tires, but even with new rims/tires, still have low pressure tires sign)
hmmm.

From TireRack
Thanks for the pm. I do show new sensors require a visit to the dealer for initialization. Haven't heard rotating causes an issue, but any new sensor needs to be programmed into the computer via a dealer visit. Typically its a 30 min labor charge.
