It's subjective, that's going to be pretty firm. Hopefully you don't live somewhere with potholes
Oh, and FYI I ended up getting 65mm 8" 8k front and 7" 7k rears with 1.5k helpers for the rear. Found out BC sent me the wrong springs to begin with, they are 200mm 6k front and 220mm 4k rears (I had asked for 8/6 when I ordered a year a ago, my bad for not looking closer before install). Too short and too soft , oh well live and learn, Swift's s/b here in a couple days

I said it in the post:
BC's are 62mm ID, so 65mm is what you want. The beauty of coilover springs is that they are standardized, not like lower springs for stock struts that need to be custom made to the car. You just choose the right ID, length, and rate: http://www.swiftsprings.com/file/metric.pdf

What do the helpers for the rear do?

NP.
It has a dual purpose of sorts. The stock springs cause the rear end to bottom out on everything, and I do mean everything But I also want to run more aggressive rates for better handling characteristics on the track. So the helpers are at a lower rate to 1) Absorb the initial compression stroke to soften up DD, and 2) Help the main spring keep it's pre-load on the rebound stroke. Helper's are about 2.5" of additional length, but compress considerably more than standard springs.

Another good company I hear is H&R, but I could not find as much info as Swift provides (I was trying to cross shop the two, but lack of info on H&R's kinda narrowed down my choice). They do offer multiple rates, but fewer lengths, and length was more of an issue for me than rate. Plus none of "our" vendors seem to sell them, and Swift has been tried-and-true in our coilovers (BC offers them as an upgrade at purchase, which I wish they had told me when I ordered last year).

BC allows you to choose what rates you want, no? I would go that route myself when ordering, which may be sooner than I thought. I am nearly to the point of being talked into running SP/IT and moving out of Stock class.

Installed, corner balanced and aligned.
Full weight (full tank and me) is 3784
Front: 58.5% Rear: 41.5%
Was advised the Helper's didn't serve a beneficial purpose for these coilovers (they do for stock struts and other brand coilovers, just not for BC's due to the dual adjust-ability) so I stuck with the 8" 8k's F and 7" 7k's R. Suspension feels more solid; 4k is absurdly soft for these cars, don't understand A)why it's the default or B)why they gave me 6/4 when I asked for 8/6, but whatever.
8/7 is still plenty soft for DD, I can even see 9/9 being manageable (so long as your don't live in....Michigan or elsewhere w/ horrible pot-marked roads). Specific local roads that I had to slow down for, due to bottoming out, the springs rates now just eat them up
