hey guys, i've decided i want to go back to stock and potentially trade up to an evo in the next 6-8 months. i have s-techs on and just recently the suspension is making funny noises in the rear and the ride is extra bouncy. my theory is the shocks are toast. so from a dealer perspective is it better to replace them with kyb or oem shocks for trade in value? also, i can't find a damn place online that has a quote for stock ralliart shocks? i hear they're different than lancer shocks and i can't find a part number since everyone seems to go coil overs.

if your trading it in just get the cheapest. I highly doubt they even care if they are oem. they moslty check for major issues, signs of a wreck, engine, interior condition.

the OEM ones are KYB anyway...

TireRack generally has good deals of KYB, and that is the original suspension vendor as mentioned.
