JDM Suspension options
 

Looking at the :mitsu: japanese accessory catalog and not understanding a lick of kanji I decided to wing it with google translator knowing there has to be some other suspension options out there that we do not know about yet or will never get. But maybe if there is an importshop that carries these brands they can be special ordered.

Since I have a Sportback so I have been looking under that vehicle type car code but I have listed the sedan as well.

Those blitz look exactly like Apexis, down to the same candy apple red finish.

It looks like blitz has made a set specific to our cars where Apexi only has the evo listed (even on their japan site).

Yea I know that, just saying they look like they come from the same manufacturer. Megans as well.

Are you trying to improve handling or just be 'JDM'?

You might be right on this. reading on other forums of people who purchased these for other cars say they are the same company who makes the BC coilovers.




I'm just trying to see whats out there besides the limited options we currently have. My last car was a civic so I guess I'm just use to having more variety, and in Japan this car has a little more love and support in their market so it seemed like a good place to look.:dunno:

Hoping to get some kind of improved suspension / drop on the car before next summer, does not have to be JDM. If Razorlab and other in different forums are correct about them being similar to BC's or Megan's then I'm probably better off buying those as they are cheaper and most likely perform the same.

BC is made by the same company as APEXi / Megan. There are a few companies that are under the same ownership, though. I could have sworn I mentioned them before, let me see if I can dig up that info again.

Edit: D2 and KSport are also made by the same people (different from BC, same as each other). Tein is independant. JIC is independant. Not sure about Stance
