It's not full time; as an example (don't plug in these values if you don't understand what affect it has) it would be 100%WGDC for +60%TPS and +5000rpm

i know that its not full time max boost, i know the fluctuations. saying having it tuned for max boost when that reaches right rpm, would it be bad for the engine

The tiny turbo is out of juice above 5k, so maxWGDC is not as extreme as it sounds. Look at your current tune and see what it shows. Also, depends on 1)what you are using for boost control, and 2)your intake and exhaust. I'm not saying you should do it, I'm just saying it's not as extreme as one might think.

The only thing I am afraid of is the sst. Even if i reach 280 hp with 300 tq at 25-26 psi of boost I do not think I can damage it.

Turn your WGDC down to 1/2 of the current value, then work back up incrementally.

I feel as though the OP is still confused... the boost pill should be the solution and you are pretty much power mod complete unless you want to go bigger turbo. I am confused on why they didn't tune you with a pill installed...

Yep, on reading this through, I suggest you simply return to the tuner with boost pill in hand, and get clarification on everything... and then probably a retune with boost pill installed.

Unless you want to learn tuning yourself, avoid installing it and trying to set your own boost curve. When boost is raised, fuelling changes... so you'll need to get into AFR tuning too. Your timing map will then also be hitting new areas, so that will need checking/revising. etc. etc.

Just go back to the tuner...

Just re-schedule a tune, it should only be one hour of dyno time to fix up the tune, and since you are on stock turbo you dont have to worry about tranny. Just look at my sig :]

EDIT: DO YOU STILL HAVE THE STOCK BPV? That thing starts leaking and cant hold much past 18.8psi anyways, you need the metal evo x bpv...

Metal one (I guess from EVO X) was already installed by the previous owner, when I bought the car last year.

I would not get COBB if I would be starting with new car again. COBB is promising new maps every once in a while and is all one big BS.

Boost curve on a stock RalliArt turbo with a pill and the duty cycle set to 100% across the board:

Little turbo is pretty much just doing all it can to make 15 psi at redline.
