I tried, multiple times. It does NOT work with the mut. Vadimus, your Lexia software has different accessibility and permissions.

I just ordered MUT. Will show you how to do it once it is delivered.

BTW there is a very simple way to change anything in the coding - just save .kon file, modify it and write it back to ETACS.

Got my MUT. I was somehow using its soft even before my device arrived, but only now I can say how ugly it is!

So for TPMS deactivation. BakaUnchi and others were right, no such possibility "out of the box" for MUT.

Right now I just save kon file, use custom software to modify it and write it back to ETACS.



Will definitely try to make TPMS (and all other) setting changeable from MUT.

That's what I have been trying to say. The coding options are visible, but they will not actually write when attempted with the standard MUT software.

Good luck with your modifications, they are well beyond my scope of understanding, so I am looking forward to your successful results.

What are you trying to do with it?
if your just doing etacs setting buy a tsctrix a d use etacsdecoder.

otherwise that does seem like a decent deal.

Will the MUT-3 software and VCI emulator/bridge work with an evo 5 ecu or do I need a MUT-2 hand programmer device?

I have tried to connect with mut-2 se VCI emulator/ bridge using an openport 2.0 cable and it is suggested it works for card from 1994 to 2003 but it fails to connect.

Any one had any luck with one of these tools to look at air bag codes or maybe something else that will view/ reset them.

Here is info on the VCI emulator bridge it is a far better deal 150 usd for unlimited use unlike etacsdecoder time limited licensing:
