A partially clogged injector may not be flowing enough (cold start requires more fuel) and it is enough to trip a light until the car warms up. I would still swap the injector with another cyl and see if the code changes

 

did some logs and the tuner said its just a small adjustment he has to make in the tune that's causing this issue
