I agree. for our turbo size, around there would probably be ideal. That being said, would there be any issue with just manually holding the throttle around 3-3500 during launch control rather than letting it go up to 5? basically brake boosting with launch control :/

Awesome. Will try this out tomorrow then.

Edit: Confirmed! Worked like a charm, although it was stuck at 1% for a solid minute which got my heart racing a little. Thank you vaqusis for all your hard work and for putting together the how-to!

2010 Ralliart Sportback
Windows 7 home premium 64bit
GST 93 stock basemap

Didn't have any issues flashing. Instructions were pretty straight forward. Have a weird slip like issue in fourth getting on the highway. No other gears slip and it only happens for a second when it does. Tried a teach in to see if it would help but seems to have made things worse. Sloppy shifts hard engagement and hard thumping while cruising in fifth without shifting at all. Any one have any ideas? Might just flash back. Did launch the car once. I'd like to point out that I had none of these drive ability issues before the flash/teach in. Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this type of thing.

2014 Ralliart, works well. 64 bit window 7. Bit of a bugger with the install on the laptop but otherwise good. Did a track day and compared sport to super sport, definitely revs harder(raised rev limit tune to that of evo required) shifts are firmer in s-sport. Launch control works fine.
Great job to I all involved.

Seems as though my issue was with how I ran the teach in. Did it again and the trans sounds and shifts way better. Issues stayed even when I flashed back to the Ralliart tcu file. So if you're having weird issues try the first method listed in the Mitsu manual for the PassCAN.

There is a teach in order for the flash on the transmission. Treat it just like you would a new clutch basket being replaced.

You guys that worked on this for the rest of us are awesome, to all involved thanks. What about durability and required upgrades for longevity

LC works great, was at the drag strip last weekend and LC took a 1/2 sec off the 1/4 mile time.(that's compared to no launch ie wait for the green and press the gas) I uploaded a pic from when testing LC on a industrial road on Sunday, so no one around

It was my friends RA with full bolt ons except intake on GST v3.003 TBE tune and with Evo X BBS wheels with 245s on it.
