How far can I push my 09 Ralliart with 208,000 KMs?

How far can I push my 09 Ralliart with 208,000 KMs?
Currently getting my clutch packs upgraded to SSP600 as my stock clutches are slipping heaps and its time for them to go. I am not so much concerned about the SST as I am about the engine itself.
I am wanting to put in a bigger turbo, perhaps the MHI 18k or a GTP 712. I'm wanting to make 400hp to the wheels but I also don't want to blow the engine, the engine already has 208,000 KMs on it and its currently running a safe tune to 19psi.
Considering the amount of KMs on the engine already, is this sounding like a bad idea and an engine waiting to blow?
