Its not Mitsu specific, its any vehicles that use Mitsu's ETACS system.

You NEED an openport 2.0 and for software it is called ETACS Decoder.

You cant make the fog light switch turn the headlights off, but they can be independently turned on and off. If you want the headlights off you just need to use the switch to turn it off. If you have DRL, just pull the fuse and they should be off when the switch is in the off position, if not you can also turn the drl feature off in the program, but my car didn't need it in our market.

As for turning a rear on and off, I don't have that feature and am unsure how it is controlled but I'd assume you can edit that feature in the program.
