HELP! Plastidip peeling prematurely!

Well more coats will help but what I have ran into from my Subaru to the RA I have now is after bout 3 months I decide to remove it and redo it But what I have noticed is it is pulling clear coat from both sets of wheels. Not real noticeable on my RA but in the Subaru it messed up like 3 out of 4 wheels. Both where cleaned 100% and I allowed time for drying.
