Do not think it is supposed to be flush. Mine did not quite get there either.

I jacked up the rear to make things a little easier with the install, but it was still a bit of a pain on that inside attachment.

Mitsubishi dealers. Ask them for the EVO side license plate mount.

They did for me. I literally took the frame from the parts department, walked around the corner to service and told them I wanted it on. And about 3 minutes later.. done.

lookin good. I've been thinking about the Ralliarmor. Went down a gravel road a few times and now I regret it. (it was alot of fun Tho)

hahaha I have a few small chips, on my side body kit, but the good thing is that I am friends with the guy who touch up paints cars hes a mobil painter and he has touched up a few for me
