Yeah I agree, these dont look like they will fit the slopping corner of the RA fog lights. Might just be the angle of the pic though.

Okay, i've emailed John.

The way i see it fitting, is that the deletes will go over the outer corner lines of the housing. Which is a really good idea since i don't like how it's so tiny and curves in.

I'm not sure if he can get a picture of it in the fog light housing. Just because he'll need to cut out the housing and he's not sure if there is enough interest to finish the other side...

That's why we need 10 people to put deposits in.

haha im interested in it 100% but like others I want to see what it looks like on the car itself. Make it happen. Weld the bracket back on after if needed.

So I was right, the deletes go over the curve line and makes it more rounded out instead of pointy.

It's up to adog if he wants Jdp to cut his housing for the pictures..

Price of this is $260

$260?! Holy Crap! It looks really good, and carbon is expensive, I just can't foot that kind of money for something I'm going to plasti-dip as soon as I get it. It's still very fairly priced compared to the Evo delete kits out there, but it looks like I'll be laying some more body-filler on mine tomorrow

hmmmm....

IMO i like the design and it has the opening like the evo x. It doesn't follow the curve line we have but makes it look better rounded.

It all comes down to what it looks like on the car.... so it seems from your posts.

i don't think adog would want to cut 1 of his fog light housing just to show you guys how it looks on the car and then no one is interested and the project is scrapped.

I don't blame him for not wanting to do it either if no one wants in.

I dont think anyone is gonna pay a deposit for a design that is not fluid with the shape of the fogs and therefore risk not liking the outcome without a pic of it on a car.

I'm going to take my car tomorrow morning so they can cut it and take a pic of the mold on the car. Hopefully if there is still not enough interest he can still make me a pair

I agree. It's just like anything else that we buy; we always need to see what it looks like first.

Now that i think about it..... we all took the plunge on the JDP lip based on the picture i put up. Not knowing how it would turn out. LOL The lip turned out amazing!

This fog delete is the same thing, we didn't know what it was going to look like; but the mold is complete and it looks pretty good.

He put his time in making this with no deposit this time.

I guess the lip was more of a want then this fog delete, otherwise for all those who wanted it; would've jumped right in on this.

I'm pretty impressed with JDP. They made this delete mold with nothing to mold from and they did it pretty quick. Looks good too.

I"m dying for a rear diffuser to be made...

==============

Thanks adog! your are a champ. I know it will look good

Talk to him about the rear diffuser! lol

Where did this go? This mold can be used to show a test fit.
Adog have them use this before you cut into it. If it turns out FUGLY then you dont loose anything. If it looks good the you trim away.
