west loop in san antonio is bad unless you talk to only the service manager, and if yo do go there write down how many miles you have and tell them not to drive it, i learned the hard way. If you stay in SA dont go to north park as they will void your warrenty upon hearing your car.

Jerry's Mitsu in Baltimore, Here are a few reasons why they wrecked my car inspecting it (I bought it out of state). the body shop can not match the paint and there was overspray everywhere. I have owned my car for a month and have only driven it 2 days so there service and bodyshop can suck on a fat one!!!

Thousand Oaks Mitsu drove my new Gialla bumper into a curb and then tried to tell me it wasnt them because their curbs are painted (there was no curb paint on my damaged bumper). They told me this before they actually looked to see where it was parked. When they saw my bumper jammed into the curb they immediately took the blame for it, which was nice. But the moment when I got the bill for how much it'll cost to replace it, they refused to pay the cost (800 for the bumper, 300 for the paint, so 1100 total). Basically, after an hour of yelling, they gave me my money (one week later). So now when I go in for service, they refused to work on my car. Their excuse was that they were scared of my car.

Brad Benson

Add another very very disappointed Brad Benson consumer to the list. I only wish I had found these forums before I bought my EVO there. DO NOT buy a car from there, and especially DO NOT get your car serviced there. I'm kicking myself now for not doing more research before I bought

I'm gonna give Prestige Mitsubishi in Turnersville, NJ a try now. You guys have only said good things about them so hopefully that's the case

Kelly Mitsubishi

They didn't know anything about the car, one sales rep said that it only had 200hp
and his eclipse could smoke it.

Another sales rep said it wasn't a very popular car and Mitsubishi probable won't make much more of them.

Another sales rep that went on the test drive with me was scared, he had no idea the car could perform the way it did.

Service is even worst:

Some one broke into my car and tried to steel my indash DVD player,
They didn't get the DVD player because they didn't bring a screw driver with them,
But they did mange to break a heat control cable some how,

To make along story short, it took them over 5 hrs to fix it, and it still doesn't work right.
I am not kidding you, I dropped off the car and they drove it straight into the garage with
no wait and told me it would take an hour.

Well I called each hour to see if it was ready, and each hour they gave a different excuse,
like its more difficult than it seams or we called in a specialist.

I was like a specialist for a heat cable, **** you.

Come to find out the guy that first installed the cable thought he had to cut it to make it fit,
so they had to find another evo and take the cable out of it and re install it all over again.

5 hours to fix a heat cable, I mean come on, thats just ridiculous

Please add them to the list to make me feel better lol

Global Mitsubishi on RT 22
got the evo for invoice, but bad service
went for an oil change one day and said that price went up after they did the job (stupid me of course paid for it). they said they can't replace my faded caliper (less than year and it starts fading) because it's cosmetic. and basically said they don't deal with those kind of warranty because they're "GLOBAL" and not MITSUBISHI(they sell jeeps, chevy, etc)
also had experience with maywood. salesman gave me the price before car came out and asked him that if the price change and didn't like it, would there be any problem gettin my deposit back.. of course he said no. after waiting for a good month or 2, went there and said they can't sell it for lower than 35g. took more than a month to get my deposit back. told him i already bought one (from Global). drove there and showed them what i got and told them i got it for invoice, wouldn't believe me.

Faulkner Mitsubishi (Philadelphia) PA Charged me diagnositc fee while I told them the O2 sensor was bad. The worst thing was that they knew I had a aftermarket exhaust and where not goin to give me warranty for the O2 sensor. Telling me Mitsubishi are very strict on the warranty on EVO. Give me a break it is an O2 sensor not a tranny or TC replacement where a someone from Mitsubishi has to come and take a look at it. Bunch of shady crooks.

+1 on Don Williamson in Jacksonville, NC.

Chris L., who is a saleman, has always treated me with respect and was a really cool guy.

But their service is teh suck. My MR had water all over the carpet within 2 weeks of owning it. Apparently it wasn't completely sealed and water got into the car and under the carpet. Well, they ordered the carpet and it's been a few weeks and I still haven't heard anything from them. Yeah, that might not be totally their fault, but they could atleast keep up with me about it. Like let me know when it might possibly get here. Plus, my dashboard is already rattling in like 3 different places. So that has to get fixed now!!

I went with my g/f to her co-workers house. Her co-workers roommate is a tech for Mitsu and spent the whole night talking **** to me about: how fast his Pontiac Gran Prix is. How much my SRT-4 sucked. How crappy the Evo's are and how they are way not worth the money. I didn't kick his *** cause my g/f would have my head!! I couldn't even say anything back without her giving me a dirty look.

The funny part is when I took my car in for service I told them not to let that guy work on my car. I told the service manager what the guy had done. And basically the manager didn't give a **** and told the guy what I had said. So, I guess they don't care how their employees treat people outside of the work place. Especially when it comes to a potential buyer!! I'm scared about what they are going to do everytime i drop my car off!!

I dont know. Jack Walker Mitsu is pretty cool with me. They give me pretty good service (offer free carwashes everytime I'm in) and they havent said anything about my mods (but maybe thats what they're aiming for). They did scratch up my rims pretty badly when rotating my rims.
