17x9 +35 255/40 - need fenders rolled?

FNO1rC 17x9 +35 rims with 255/40/17's.
Sounds like this is a very common setup. I'm leaning towards it as well. These rims fit w/o spacers right?

I'm just running Swifts, so I'm not too low, so I don't foresee any rubbing issues.

sorry to bump up this thread, but anyone know if there will be rubbing issues on 17x9 +35 CE 28's with the stated tire size? Thanks.
