You can buy the Ralliart badge from your dealership, it screws on via J-hook sort of design.

The grill belongs to the 06 bumper... unless you're planning to cut the nose out of your 04 bumper you can't use the 06 grill.

 

or unless he wants to get a whole 06 bumper...
