Tune only in the first post!
The stock run is in the first post pictured against the 'tune only' run. The GSR run is not such a fair comparison because of the transmission differences.
I don't have any of those for comparison, but I see your point!
I don't have it, and you don't need it. 11.4:1.
The load values are significantly skewed. Using the tables available in ECUTeK I able to properly rescale everything so that I can use the factory load ranges. The intake is the source of some good horsepower gains even with the stock BCS and only 11lbs up top. There is a significant increase in horsepower, half of which is most likely attributed to the intake system.

How far off was the load when you changed the intake from stock to the AMS one? From my exp with the AMS intake and the JDM EvoX, I would hit 10-15% lower absolute loads causing me to run around 0.3-0.5 leaner AFRs and around 2-3 degrees increasing in IGN timing. Are you getting similar results with the RA?

I can only estimate at this point, but I think that if you bolt all of the EVO X parts on, the power output should be similar to an EVO X MR.
