ummm genius you mean guiness? lol

worlds tallest man at like 8'4 and the shortest at 26" or something crazy.

Rav, I'll come down and jockey for you but I weigh 145 right now. It'll take me the winter to get back down to 125 and even then thats on the heavy side from what I recall.

BTW, these arent even the big cams

more than welcome, we have around 7 or 8 horses in Trinidad, one in jamaica and one in canada. take your pick.

sure you can handle real HORSEpower?

I asked the same thing when I saw the engine in the shop;
  • easy way to plug the hole
  • bleeds off a bit of excess oil pressure if not using squirters
  • the belt is left off.

Like Johnny said, they are left unhooked and "rolled" in there to keep the oil pressure in check.

There dont seem to be any write ups, but basically you spin the bearings in the front shaft galley so the oil feeds dont line up and then reinstall the shaft with no belt. Some DSMers will tell you its half assing it, but it keeps alot of the oiling issues that you would otherwise face at bay.

Most of our builds we dont spin the front bearings we just leave the shaft in there with the belt off. Helps keep the oil pressure in check.
