check engine light

are you able to read out fault codes from the ems if you get a check engine light?

you will not get a CEL with the AEM. There are no internal diagnostics with the system. This means also that it will not pass any OBD emissions testing.

you can log almost all the parameters from the engine and its sensors. Or you can watch it real-time on the screen of your computer.

Low side #10 is the check engine light.

Go to Setup>Advanced Setup>Shift Light vs. Gear>Options

Choose LS10 as the output. Then setup the shift light vs. gear graph for the desired rpm you want the shift light to come on for the desired gear.
