what is the best place to put the iat sensor using the stock manifold?

also, who is the best to get the 5 bar map and iat sensor from?

will be running a little above stock boost at first, but not to distant future will be running 30+

Most people install the IAT in the UICP. Buy the MAP sensor adaptor from Buschur and it will just bolt right in at the stock location. I bought all my sensors from BR.

I have a little install guide I made for MAF to MAP conversion with pics and wiring pin out for the VIII ecu. PM me your email and I will send it if you need it. It is way too large for me to post on this website.
