AEM ems tuners in the portland oregon area?. My brother have a 05 evo 8 that needs to be professionally tuned. Some rough tuning have been done to make it run decently but its overboosting.

whats the average pay for a tuner??

 

65.00 to 100.00 an hour for street tuning and 150.00 to 250.00 for dyno tuning, again per hour ... It what I've seen in our local area...
