Will a aftermarket alarm work with AEM EMS?

I have an AEM EMS installed in my 03 EVO and considering putting on a aftermarket alarm. Anyone know if this will be a problem? Any suggestions on aftermarket car alarms? Let me know. Thanks

Cool. I just wanted to make sure before the shop starts hacking at my wire harness to install the alarm. Thanks
