02 sensor doesnt log internal 1313u
Hello everyone, recently I installed a Aem 1313u ems with the internal wideband controller. Installed the ecu and the wideband and hooked them up with the cable that I had to make with the connectors they sold me. I have tried all the different selections in the 02 sensor wizard and changed the gain to what it says and none of them make the afr log on the aempro software. The volts and afrs stay pretty much the same 14.7 to like 14.9 on the software regardless of the actual afr. When I turn the key on from cold the sensor warms up like it is supposed to. I'm kind of stuck as to what the issue might/ could be at this point. I have checked the wiring it is all done to the correct spots via the diagram the tech sent me. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

What you need to do is find the 5v wire at the sensor and jump it to the signal wire going to the ecu. You AFR should read 10.0..... if it does replace the sensor. If not you have wiring or ecu issues.

I have two brand new UEGO sensors i have been pluggin in and switchin so its shouldnt be the sensor. they both warm up like they are supposed to. So I guess it could be wiring or actually the ecu at this point. Does anyone have the wiring diagrams or colors that they are using on a 1313u model so ems side and the sensor side so that I can check mine against yours?

This is to build a new "U" harness but the information still applies:
1x – 3-1201-12 (EMS-side connector
6x – 3-1000-S (pins, may wish to order spares)
1x – 35-2613 (sensor-side connector/pin kit)
Wire as follows, original wire colours retained for easy identification.
Sensor side, Wire-side view, looking into connector with connector lock facing up:
Black – Brown -- Orange
Green -- White -- Red
EMS side, wire-side view, looking into connector with connector lock tab facing up:
Red – Orange – Black – Green – Brown – White
(Bottom row empty)
1x – 3-1201-12 (EMS-side connector
